The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of sunflower seeds inoculation with various microorganisms and their impact on enhancing plant resistance to negative environmental factors. The study on the reaction of sunflower hybrids to different growing conditions was conducted at two locations: 'Location 1', which imposed limiting conditions, and 'Location 2', which imposed optimal conditions. The study was conducted over the period 2023-2024. In the optimal conditions, the highest weight of 1000 seeds (70.44 g) was observed in the variant with N40P60, while the highest oil content of 50.3% and the actual yield of 2763 kg/ha were achieved in the variant with N20P30 and multicomponent inoculation. In the context of limiting conditions, the variant with N40P60 demonstrated the highest oil content (42.3%) and actual yield (1167 kg/ha). Conversely, the variant with N20P30 and multicomponent inoculation exhibited the highest weight of 1000 seeds (47.01 g).
