Are examined several waste products, unexplored until now, that are discharged from the units producing alcoholic beverages: wine yeast, vinasse and grain mash. The last one has the origin from agriculture, so all the elements contained in it were taken from the soil. Equitable to the soil is that they would return to the soil through fertilization. Continuous accumulation and discharge without any norm cause environmental pollution, having main impact on soil and surface waters. Researches regarding their exploitation in agriculture are missing in the Republic of Moldova. Inthis context, we could solve waste problem by exploiting them as fertilizer.
